Cancellation, Late & No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24-hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24-hours' notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file.

Mask Policy

Patients are no longer required to wear masks, but we do offer them if you'd like to wear one. If you're getting over a cold or have other illness concerns, please wear a KN95 or N95 mask for your safety and the safety of our team.

Privacy and Sharing of Information

The clinic and its associated health professionals will collect personal and medical information. In addition, the clinic and its associated health professionals may communicate with a patient's family doctor and/or referring doctor as deemed necessary for their beneficial treatment. The patient's personal and medical information is confidential and will only be disclosed to third parties with their permission.
