Cancellation, Late & No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged the cancellation fee on file.

Mask Policy

Masks are not currently required, but they are available if you would like one. If you are experiencing cold, flu or other respiratory symptoms, please wear a KN95 or N95 mask for your safety and the safety of others.

Privacy and Sharing of Information

Your personal and medical information is kept confidential. When appropriate for your care, Second Spring may communicate with your physician, referring provider or other healthcare professionals. Your information will only be shared as permitted by you or as otherwise required by law.
